As an consultant, Logan Bickel plays a pivotal role in ensuring that client agencies and brokerages execute the actions needed to grow.
Logan helps design, manage and implement client projects and programs. In so doing, she supports the facilitated growth planning sessions and channels the results into actionable follow-up items. By helping each client do what it takes to implement those items, Logan promotes accountability and support across the enterprise. Simply put, she is the go-to person for clients seeking to execute better.
Having helped in the facilitation of workshops, growth planning sessions and DBH Consulting’s professional development program, Logan says the best part of her job has been learning what best motivates people to work together and reach their goals.
Prior to joining DBH, Logan worked for a company that managed entertainment assets for Fortune 500 companies, serving as an account coordinator on the Coca-Cola account. She has solid experience in human resources, payroll and accounts receivable.
Logan graduated from the College of Charleston in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration. She has been at DBH Consulting since November 2006. In her spare time, Logan spends time on the soccer field, helping to coach a community girls’ rec team.
