DBH Consulting founder to address Florida agency representatives

(July 2008) — Demmie Hicks, the founder of DBH Consulting, has been tapped to present next month at the annual planning session of the Florida Association of Independent Agents (FAIA).

Hicks will speak at a Management Session titled "Exponential Growth." The session will focus on how any agency or brokerage can enjoy an uptick in revenue even in a soft market. It will also explore how strategic planning and execution, sales effectiveness and leadership development can drive sustained growth for independent agencies and brokerages.

FAIA attendees will be challenged to establish a company vision, examine the role of leadership in growth and recognize the sales culture that exists in their agency. Download brochure (pdf) >

The Planning Session is being held at the beautiful Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Destin, Florida. FAIAs Planning Session helps lay the groundwork for the specific plans and projects to be accomplished by FAIA members and staff during the upcoming fiscal year.
